Dee Edward Williams has been a certified personal trainer since 1995. He has a great passion and enthusiasm for fitness and overall healthy living.
Prior to beginning his career in personal training Dee was no stranger to the fitness industry. As an award winning high school and collegiate athlete, Dee has always possessed a love for weight and resistance training. It was that love that inspired him to pursue natural body building in which he excelled and continually placed within the top 10%. Dee placed 2nd in the novice lightweight class at the 1999 NPC Heart of Texas and 3rd in the novice lightweight (out of 24 men) at the 1999 NPC Lackland Classic Bodybuilding Championships.
Dee is a personal trainer with 11 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. He currently holds certifications through NCSF (The National Council of Strength & Fitness), IFPA (The International Fitness Professionals Association), NFPT (The National Federation of Personal Trainers), and NASM ( The National Academy of Sports Medicine). He is also certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM.
Dee has experience servicing a wide variety of clientele from youth sports and weekend golfers to those desiring to lose weight and professional athletes. He is excellent at tailoring individualized fitness programs for the individual client. Dee has had much success over the years working with clients in prevention as well as post-rehabilitation orthopedic conditions and injuries.
He together with his wife, who is licensed physical therapist as well as a certified personal trainer, make a effective training team. Dee is a compassionate trainer and motivator that has helped many clients reach their desired goals. He truly cares about people and has a great desire to see people live healthier, fitter lives.
